Visitor Policy

To ensure the privacy, safety, and comfort of all guests, the following visitor guidelines must be followed.

Visitor Registration

All visitors must register at the reception or front desk and provide valid identification before entering the guest room areas.

Visiting Hours

Visitors are permitted only during designated visiting hours as determined by the resort management.

Room Access

Visitors may meet registered guests in the lobby or designated common areas unless special permission is granted by the resort management.

Overnight Stay

Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in guest rooms unless they are registered as additional guests and the applicable charges are paid.

Guest Responsibility

The registered guest is fully responsible for the conduct and behavior of their visitors while they are within the resort premises.

Resort Rights

Aarika Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to refuse entry or request any visitor to leave the premises if their behavior disturbs other guests or violates resort policies.


Pet Policy

At Aarika Resorts & Hotels, we understand that pets are part of the family. However, to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, the following pet policy applies.

Pet Permission

Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms or areas and must be declared at the time of booking. The resort reserves the right to approve or deny pet stays based on availability and property guidelines.

Pet Supervision

Pets must remain under the control and supervision of their owners at all times. Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.

Hygiene & Safety

Pet owners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Any waste must be cleaned immediately by the pet owner, and pets must not disturb other guests.

Pet Damage Responsibility

Any damage caused by pets to furniture, rooms, landscaping, or other resort property will be charged to the guest as per the applicable damage policy.

Restricted Areas

Pets may not be permitted in certain areas of the resort, including but not limited to:

  • Restaurants or dining areas
  • Swimming pool areas
  • Indoor recreation zones
Liability

Aarika Resorts & Hotels shall not be responsible for the safety, health, or behavior of pets during the stay. Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets and their actions.


Lost, Found & Missing Item Policy

At Aarika Resorts & Hotels, we prioritize the safety and security of our guests and their belongings. Guests are requested to check their rooms carefully before completing the check-out process.

Room Inspection at Check-Out

During check-out, the housekeeping team conducts a standard room inspection. Any personal belongings found after check-out will be recorded in the Lost & Found register and securely stored by the resort management.

Reporting Lost Items

If a guest realizes that an item has been left behind or misplaced, they should contact the front desk immediately and provide the following information:

  • Guest Name
  • Date of Stay
  • Room Number
  • Description of the Item

The management will review Lost & Found records and assist in locating the item if available.

Missing Items Reported by Guests

If a guest reports that an item is missing from their room during the stay or at check-out, the following steps may be taken:

  • Immediate notification to resort management
  • Room inspection by housekeeping and security staff
  • Verification of guest access records and internal procedures
  • CCTV review where applicable
Police Intimation & Legal Action

If a guest suspects theft or suspicious activity, they may file a complaint with the local police authorities. Aarika Resorts & Hotels will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies during any official investigation.

However, the resort shall not be responsible for the loss of cash, jewelry, valuables, or personal belongings that are not stored in the designated safe or locker facilities provided by the property.

Storage & Claim Period

Items found on the property will be securely stored for 30 days from the date they are recorded. If the item is not claimed within this period, the resort reserves the right to dispose of or donate the item as per internal policy.

Return of Lost Items

If a guest requests the return of a found item, the resort can arrange shipment through courier services. All shipping, packaging, and handling costs must be borne by the guest.


Noise & Conduct Policy

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior and reasonable noise levels throughout their stay, especially during late hours.

The resort reserves the right to request guests or visitors to leave the premises if their behavior disturbs other guests or violates resort policies.


Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas within the resort.

Smoking inside non-smoking rooms or restricted areas may result in cleaning charges, penalties, or additional fees as determined by the management.


Safety & Liability

Aarika Resorts & Hotels is committed to maintaining the safety and security of all guests and visitors within the property.

However, the resort shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused due to negligence, misuse of resort facilities, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and comply with all resort policies and safety instructions during their stay.
