At Aarika Resorts & Hotels, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both our guests and our operations. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined below.
Reservation Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation message or email has been issued by Aarika Resorts & Hotels. Guests are requested to review their booking details carefully at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the same platform used for booking or by contacting our support team directly.
The following cancellation charges will apply depending on the time of cancellation:
- Cancellation on the same day of booking: A flat ₹1,500 cancellation charge will be applicable.
- Cancellation between 7 – 14 days before the start of the trip: 25% of the total booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation between 3 – 7 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the total booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation between 0 – 2 days before the start of the trip: 100% of the total booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee and no refund will be provided.
Refund Processing
If a refund is applicable based on the above cancellation policy:
- The refund will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and the entire booking amount will be charged with no refund.
Booking Modifications
Requests for changes to booking dates may be considered subject to:
- Property availability
- Applicable price differences
- Management approval
Third-Party Bookings
If the reservation is made through a third-party travel platform or booking partner, the cancellation and refund policies of that platform may also apply in addition to Aarika Resorts & Hotels’ policies.
Policy Updates
Aarika Resorts & Hotels reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will always be available on our website.
